What is profile strength and why does it matter?
The percentage on your photo counts six things: photo, education, employment, social links, resume, and feedback from three people. A fuller profile ranks better with hirers.
What the percentage counts
- A profile photo
- At least one education entry
- At least one job in Employment
- At least one social or portfolio link
- A resume on your profile
- Feedback received from at least three people
The ring around your photo shows the number, and the Add N missing details checklist in the left column lists what is still open. Selecting an item scrolls you straight to that card.
