How do I buy and activate Profile Boost?
Open Profile Boost, select Boost now to jump to the plans, choose the monthly boost and pay. If you are signed out, the login screen opens first and checkout continues after you sign in.
Buy a boost
- Open the page
Go to Profile Boost.
- Select **Boost now**
Any of the buttons on the page takes you down to the plan cards.
- Pick a plan
The Monthly card is the boost itself. The GoodSpace Gold card next to it is the membership instead.
- Select **GET STARTED**
If you are signed out, the login screen opens. Finish the OTP and checkout continues on its own.
- Pay
Complete the payment at checkout. On success you see Payment Successful and land on your dashboard.
If something goes wrong
"Plans are still loading, please try again in a moment."
WhyThe plan details had not arrived yet when you tapped.
FixWait a couple of seconds and select the button again.
Nothing happens when I tap the plan button
WhyYou are signed out, or a popup blocker stopped checkout.
FixSign in first, allow popups for GoodSpace, then try again.
"Payment Failed"
WhyCheckout was closed or the bank declined the payment.
FixStay on the page and try again. See payment failed.
