How do I check my Profile Boost is active?
Go to Manage products. The Profile Boost entry shows the days remaining, counted down from the day your payment was confirmed. There is no badge on your public profile.
Check the status
- Open Manage products
Go to Manage products while signed in.
- Find **Profile boost**
It shows the days that are remaining on your boost.
- Zero days means it has ended
Buy again to start a new boost. See renewing a boost.
If something goes wrong
Profile Boost is not listed at all
WhyYou have never bought one, or the page has not loaded.
FixRefresh the page. If it is still missing, see boost not active after payment.
"We couldn't load your tools right now."
WhyYour tool list could not be fetched.
FixSelect Retry on that message, or reload the page.
The number of days looks wrong
WhyThe count is recalculated from the expiry date every time you open the page.
FixReload the page. If it still looks wrong, note the date you paid and contact support.
