Every strong bullet in the samples follows the same shape. It opens with an action verb, names the specific activity or project you ran, and closes with what measurably moved. The verb establishes that you did it. The activity tells a construction manager whether the work is relevant. The number does the persuading. Start with the outcome and work backwards. Engineers usually write the task first, then struggle to attach a number, which produces bullets like "supervised RCC work and ensured timely completion".
