Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the Insurance and Mutual Funds sector, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance and mutual fund products to potential customers.

Identify and approach new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Provide financial consultation to clients based on their needs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or mutual funds.

Certifications: NISM certification is required.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives.

Additional Benefits: PF & ESI (available).
