About the Role
We are looking for a Business Partner who can genuinely partner with the business and help us build the people organisation as the company grows. The person will work closely with the CEO and will have a broad HR mandate — culture, performance, talent, people development, HR operations, plant HR, administration and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to build the people organisation
- Develop and execute HR strategies
- Improve performance management processes
- Build talent pools and a leadership pipeline
- Ensure HR basics work properly
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Understand and address the different people issues in corporate, plant, and field environments
Requirements
- Around 10–12 years of solid HR experience
- Breadth and quality of HR experience
- Proven track record of owning and improving HR processes
- Approachable, mature, balanced, and comfortable dealing with people at different levels
- Low ego, respected for the way they work and the value they bring
- Ability to lead a team and build HR capability
- Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in organisations with corporate teams, field or sales teams, plant or workforce environments, multiple locations, growth and organisational change, and direct interaction with senior management
Location & Work Mode
The role is based at our Gurugram / Delhi NCR corporate office. The person should be comfortable travelling as required for the role, particularly for field-team interaction, training and capability-building, understanding people issues on the ground and periodic plant visits.
Compensation
The current indicative range is ₹10–15 lakh CTC. There is flexibility for the right person.
