Manager — Customer Support & Operations

About the Company Since 2017, ClickPost has been the post-purchase intelligence platform that turns logistics complexity into a competitive advantage for the world's leading retailers — including Walmart, Nykaa, Mars, Adidas, Bluestone, GIVA and Kapiva, and 450+ brands across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America. Through a single API, the platform manages tracking, exceptions and returns across 600+ pre-integrated carriers, with AI allocating every shipment to the optimal carrier and resolving delivery issues before orders fail. ClickPost processes 50M+ shipments every month and is actively building the agentic layer for post-purchase — from AI voice agents like Parth to a growing suite of agents that resolve delivery exceptions, confirm orders and recover lost sales. This is real, in-production AI, live with customers today. About the Role A strategic yet heavily hands-on leadership role responsible for driving exceptional customer experience. The Manager owns customer needs, satisfaction and resolution end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Per ClickPost's clarification, the centre of gravity is reactive support and issue resolution, balanced across support, success and operations — with the manager expected to be in the queue (~70% execution), not purely directional. Key Responsibilities Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of ~10–20 focused on customer experience and product solutioning; foster a collaborative, innovative, customer-centric culture. Establish and monitor KPIs for faster onboarding, satisfaction, retention and loyalty; track numbers continuously and improve processes accordingly. Design and execute a comprehensive customer-experience strategy aligned to company goals; implement improvements that streamline the experience; present strategy, progress and outcomes to executive leadership. Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Sales to set up effective processes, communication and collaboration across departments. Identify root cause of issues and resolve them directly when needed. Stabilise current operations while building for scale — comfortable building a function from scratch, scaling a small existing team, and optimising established processes as the situation demands. Requirements 7+ years in CX / strategy preferred; 6+ acceptable for a strong CX- leadership track record. Industry: B2B SaaS only — no exceptions. Fintech / martech / other adjacencies not considered. Must come from B2B support / success. B2C will not fit. Must have handled large enterprise / global brand accounts; mid-market SaaS CX experience preferred. Has led a team of ~10–20. Hands-on proficiency in APIs / Postman mandatory. Must already use AI tools day-to-day in CX / ops workflows — not mere curiosity. Preferred Qualifications Logistics / post-purchase domain: Nice to have — a quick domain ramp matters more than prior exposure. International exposure: India-focused experience is fine if the candidate is globally adaptable. What We Offer Compensation: Budget: ₹40 LPA, Structure: ~80% fixed / 20% variable, tied to CX KPIs (CSAT, retention), Stretch: flexible to ~₹48–50 LPA for a clearly exceptional profile, Notice buyout: full buyout — will absorb up to a 90-day notice to close fast Work Setup: Location: strict 5-day in-office, Bangalore — non-negotiable, Shift: standard India business hours only, Reports to: CTO, Type: Full-time Location & Work Mode Location: strict 5-day in-office, Bangalore — non-negotiable Shift: standard India business hours only
