Job Description

Overview:
JV Protus Life Care is a leading innovator in the healthcare sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving growth by promoting our range of surgical devices, medical equipment, and wound care products to healthcare professionals and institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Conduct field visits to hospitals and clinics to build and maintain a strong professional network.
  • Perform product demonstrations to surgeons and medical staff to showcase technical advantages.
  • Manage distributor relationships and ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
  • Oversee the sales of medical disposables and surgical equipment within the assigned territory.
  • Handle payment collections and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in surgical device or medical equipment sales.
  • Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proven expertise in field sales and hospital network management.
  • Strong knowledge of wound care products and surgical equipment management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Noida region for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
