Business Development Executive — Retail Expansion

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Business Development Executive — Retail Expansion to drive branch expansion across Delhi NCR. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable retail locations while building strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and property owners. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, a proven ability to close deals, and the willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities Identify and source suitable retail locations across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Indirapuram. Manage the complete leasing cycle from site identification to negotiation and deal closure. Conduct market surveys and evaluate properties based on business requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and property owners. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align expansion plans with business objectives. Maintain an active pipeline of potential sites and provide regular market updates. Ensure timely documentation and follow-up to facilitate successful closures. Regularly visit sites and conduct field activities across Delhi NCR. Requirements Experience in retail leasing, branch expansion, or field business development within real estate or related industries. Candidates with experience in retail expansion, NBFC, QSR, telecom, pharmacy, or similar multi-location businesses are welcome. Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market; knowledge of one or more NCR sub-markets is acceptable. Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills. Experience and market knowledge are valued more than educational qualifications; 12th pass candidates with relevant experience are eligible. Stable work history preferred; short tenures in every organization are not preferred. Ability to work independently and handle extensive field visits. Own bike and valid driving license. Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR. Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates who can join within 15–20 days will also be considered. Head of Operations (Gold Buying / Gold Loan NBFC) Position Title: Head of Operations Reporting To: Founder Location: NCR (Delhi / Noida / Gurugram) Working Model: 6 days, on-site Industry Mandate: Gold Buying / Gold Loan (Strictly) Role Context We are hiring a senior Head of Operations to lead and scale a fast-growing, founder-led gold buying business. This role requires a hands-on operator with deep experience in gold procurement, valuation, branch operations, and bullion/refining cycles. The ideal candidate will come from family-run or mid-sized gold loan NBFCs or gold buying companies, and must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-ownership environment.
