About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the PET packaging industry. This role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting company products, and executing marketing strategies to expand the company’s market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic market for PET bottles, Preforms, Jars, and related packaging products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
- Identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications
- Provide feedback from clients and market to management for product development and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of PET products, plastics, or packaging industry preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.
