About the Role

As a Manager in the CEO's Office, you will work directly with the CEO on strategy, new business projects, and key company-wide initiatives. You will act as the CEO's partner for research, analysis, and execution of growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate new business opportunities, including new products, adjacent chemistries, acquisitions, partnerships, and greenfield projects.
  • Build business cases with market sizing, financial models, and risk assessment.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, customer markets, regulations, and technology developments relevant to pigments, specialty chemicals, and life sciences.
  • Support screening, due diligence, and evaluation of acquisition targets and technology or JV partners.
  • Drive execution of priority projects across functions.
  • Track progress, follow up with teams, and keep the CEO updated.
  • Prepare analysis, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews, board meetings, and investor discussions.
  • Prepare briefing material for key meetings, customer visits, and external engagements, and handle special assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • MBA from a top-tier management school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS or equivalent, or a reputed international school).
  • 3–7 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking/PE or business development; chemicals or manufacturing exposure a plus.
  • Engineering undergraduate degree, ideally chemical, preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with clear written and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work with plant, commercial, and finance teams.
