Role Overview

The Lead Designer will be responsible for driving the creative vision, conceptualizing and executing masterpiece-level trophy designs, and ensuring that every creation is a work of art. Key Responsibilities

  1. Conceptualize and create unique, high-end trophy and award designs that push creative boundaries.

  2. Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring world-class quality.

  3. Work closely with production teams to bring concepts to life with precision and innovation.

  4. Stay ahead of global design trends, exploring new materials, aesthetics, and techniques.

  5. Mentor and guide junior designers, setting a high standard for creativity and craftsmanship.

  6. Collaborate with clients to transform ideas into stunning, one-of-a-kind designs.

  7. Be an integral part of the company’s growth, standing by the team in critical situations and challenges.

Requirements

  1. Graduate in any design discipline with a strong focus on creating exceptional, artistic designs.

  2. Passion for the art of making a masterpiece, with an unmatched attention to detail.

  3. Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and 2D design. (Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, SolidWorks, Adobe Suite, anything that gets the job done.)

  4. Prior knowledge of basic design software like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator is essential.

  5. Deep understanding of materials, production techniques, and finishing.

  6. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced creative environment.

  7. A mindset that refuses mediocrity someone who is ready to build, evolve, and lead with the company.
