AI Engineer

Role Overview

This role isn’t about throwing AI on top of blockchain as an add-on—it’s about weaving

machine learning into the very foundation of decentralized systems. You’ll be designing AI-

driven security layers that detect fraud before it happens, predictive analytics that optimize

transactions in real-time, and governance models that adapt based on live network data.

You’ll be at the crossroads of machine learning, blockchain, and automation, making

decentralized networks faster, smarter, and more efficient. If you want to work on real-world

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development – Design and implement machine learning models to

optimize decision-making, security, and automation in blockchain systems.

• AI-Augmented Security & Threat Detection – Develop AI-driven real-time fraud

detection and risk scoring for decentralized networks.

• Smart Contract Optimization & Gas Efficiency – Build predictive AI models to

improve contract execution efficiency, transaction prioritization, and gas

optimization.

• Predictive Analytics for Blockchain Networks – Develop models to forecast

transaction loads, network congestion, and market behaviour for blockchain

ecosystems.

• NLP for AI-Assisted Blockchain Interaction – Work on LLM-based query processing,

automated governance models, and AI-driven contract auditing.

• On-Chain & Off-Chain AI Processing – Architect AI models that operate efficiently

both on-chain (using optimized inference techniques) and off-chain (via external AI

engines and oracles).

• Testing & Performance Optimization – Conduct AI model validation, benchmarking,

and hyperparameter tuning to maximize accuracy, security, and efficiency.

• Collaboration with Blockchain Engineers – Work closely with blockchain

development teams to integrate AI-driven automation and intelligence into

decentralized systems.

Must-Have Skills

• Machine Learning & AI Algorithms – Strong expertise in Supervised, Unsupervised,

and Reinforcement Learning models.

• Deep Learning Frameworks – Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX for

training and deploying AI models.

• NLP & Large Language Models (LLMs) – Experience in developing AI-assisted

governance, smart contract analysis, and automation using NLP.

• AI & Blockchain Integration – Understanding of how AI models interact with

decentralized networks, including on-chain and off-chain AI execution.

• Optimization Techniques – Experience in model efficiency, inference acceleration,

and cost-effective AI execution.

• Python & AI Development – Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in ML

libraries, distributed AI training, and model deployment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) & AI-Driven Security – Experience in network

analysis, anomaly detection, and cybersecurity applications of AI.

• Reinforcement Learning for Decentralized Systems – Experience with AI-driven

decision-making in governance and protocol-level automation.

• AI for Smart Contract Auditing & Security – Exposure to automated security

scanning, vulnerability detection, and adversarial AI testing.

• AI-Powered Data Indexing & Analytics – Knowledge of big data architectures for

indexing and querying blockchain datasets.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ MTech in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field OR

equivalent hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.

• 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably in applications related to blockchain,

fintech, or cybersecurity
