In this pivotal role, you will drive the enrollment process, manage center operations, and ensure that aspiring students receive the guidance they need to launch successful careers in the service industry. We are looking for a professional who combines strategic sales leadership with a passion for educational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire admissions lifecycle from lead generation to final enrollment to meet monthly targets.
- Oversee daily center operations to ensure compliance with corporate standards and high service quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of counselors to improve conversion rates and professional performance.
- Direct local marketing initiatives and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility in the region.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel to track inquiries, admissions, and revenue.
- Conduct career counseling sessions to guide students and parents through course offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales, admissions, or educational institution management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Kannada is essential to effectively communicate with local stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and data management for operational reporting.
- Proven track record in center operations and hitting aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
