Reverse chronological is the layout to use. Put your current or most recent job first, work backwards, and keep the dates visible. Service companies, OEM dealers, facilities firms and cold-storage operators read a lot of these, and they expect the standard shape. Listing gas charging is not the same as proving you can commission a system
The most common refrigeration resume names a row of skills, AC repair, gas charging, servicing, installation, with no job anywhere that shows the system, the refrigerant or the result. A service manager reads that row and cannot tell an apprentice who watched from a technician who commissions VRF and troubleshoots chillers, so it assumes the lower.
