About the Role Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and equipment for fountain, water-feature, and MEP installation projects — ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality or project timelines. Key Responsibilities Source / manage vendors for pumps, valves, piping, electrical / multimedia components, stainless steel and other MEP materials. Float RFQs, negotiate rates and payment terms, and issue purchase orders aligned with project BOQs and schedules. Evaluate, empanel, and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier base; conduct periodic rate benchmarking. Coordinate with the estimation and project execution teams to ensure material availability matches site timelines. Coordinate with production to ensure just in time raw material purchase. Inspect and verify incoming material documentation and clear supplier bills. Track vendor performance, resolve payment or delivery disputes, and liaise with accounts/legal on contract and PO terms. Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and cost-tracking reports. Ensure cost saving thru regular market surveys. Keep in close touch with materials that our business uses and suggest options based on market. Locate new items / local suppliers at our site locations within a short time. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management (MBA a plus) 5–10 years in procurement/purchasing, ideally in EPC projects company. Experience with government/municipal tender-based procurement is a plus Strong vendor negotiation skills and excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP
