Job Description

Base location: Delhi, HO. Preferred industry: Vacuum Process Industry, Pneumatic Automation, Swam Pneumatic, Busch Vacuum, Becker, Leybold, Edwards, Toshniwal, SMC Pneumatics, Festo, Kay blowers, etc and their competitors. Candidates from Filtration company would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales, Marketing and Business Development within defined territory allocated with an objective of increasing our presence and market share.

Job Description · Customer visits and generating enquires from End Users and OEM’s. · Analyzing user requirements and preparing techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements/ projects. · Coordinating with Supply Chain to execute the projects timely and ensuring timely execution of the orders and delivery of parts. · Motivate, support and develop Business Associates in the allocated territory to achieve their sales KRA’s. · Provide technical project/service response and recommendations to the customers regarding prevention and correction of product installation and/or servicing problems. · To attend product troubleshooting, customer complaints and service calls. · Providing technical training to End-Users and OEM customers. · Prepare sales promotion plans like customer meet, email campaign, participation in tradeshows etc. This activity shall be planned at the beginning of every year and needs to be executed at regular interval. · A team player and keen observer of market changes, competition activities and share it with team. Experience Requirements

4-5 years of experience in Sales, Business development and Marketing.

Knowledge/ Educational Requirements

Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree with strong commercial acumen and sound market knowledge.

Candidates with experience in Vacuum Pumps, Blowers and Industrial Air Filtration with Marketing and Management qualification will be an added advantage.

Personality Traits Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated person with a strong positive attitude Good Interpersonal skills Effective Presentation and Communication Skills in English as well as local language Skill in solution selling and developing new markets for Filtration solutions. Hard working person with good perseverance Structured and organized person Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and navigate complex agreements with customers and suppliers.
