Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) Department: Sales and Marketing Location: Bangalore Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Overview: As a Sales Executive (Fresher), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our range of computer services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting: •Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. •Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Sales Presentations and Pitches: •Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. •Explain the features and benefits of our computer services, including technical support, IT consulting, and managed services.

Customer Relationship Management: •Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty. •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Market Research and Analysis: •Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. •Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve service offerings.

Sales Administration: •Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and reports. •Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Target Achievement: •Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. •Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills: •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to non-technical clients. •Excellent negotiation and closing skills. •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Personal Attributes: •Self-motivated and results-oriented. •Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. •High level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience: •No prior experience is required, but any internships or part-time roles in sales, customer service, or the IT industry would be beneficial.
