Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who can drive revenue, lead from the front, and build a high-performing sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement

• Handle outbound/inbound calling and support closures when required

• Manage, train, and mentor the sales team for performance excellence

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Track leads, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools

• Provide market insights and improve sales strategies

• Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and closing skills

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership or team handling

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems

• Solid understanding of the real estate market
