We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Bengaluru team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, identifying new market opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients who value exceptional interior craftsmanship. If you are a sales strategist with a passion for design and a proven track record of closing high-value deals, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads through targeted market research and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial contact to final contract signing.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and corporate clients.
- Handle complex contract negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Utilize financial modeling and forecasting to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design or real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in financial forecasting and market research.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
