Overview: ApexNeural Private Limited, a leader in AI/ML innovation, is seeking a dynamic Head of Delivery to spearhead our project execution in Hyderabad. This pivotal role involves overseeing the successful delivery of complex AI/ML, Data, and Digital Transformation solutions for our clients. You will drive excellence across all delivery phases, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and scope adherence.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, applying robust delivery management principles.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Software Engineering, MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage client-facing interactions, senior stakeholder management, and escalation management.
• Champion scalable cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Guide teams in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, LLMs, NLP, Agentic AI, and ETL/ELT Pipelines.
• Conduct architecture reviews and promote robust system design and design patterns.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15-20 years of progressive experience in software delivery, with significant exposure to AI/ML and Digital Transformation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMs, NLP, and AI Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability in client-facing roles and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise product development and API platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, execution, and escalation management abilities.
