Job Description

Overview: Frankfinn is a world leader in aviation, hospitality, and travel management training. As a Centre Sales Manager at our Coimbatore branch, you will lead the sales operations to drive enrollment and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can inspire a team to meet ambitious targets while maintaining the high brand standards Frankfinn is known for globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
  • Conduct career counseling sessions and professional sales presentations to prospective students and parents.
  • Oversee lead generation activities including seminars, student promotion programs, and house calls.
  • Manage documentation, MIS reporting, and daily sales tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and brand awareness.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or service sector.
  • Proven expertise in team management, lead generation, and career counseling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and generating detailed MIS reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet strict deadlines.
