About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic Presales Specialist who will be the first voice of Proppy to our homebuyers. You’ll engage with leads, understand their requirements, and position Proppy’s offerings with clarity and conviction.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, builds trust effortlessly, and can communicate Proppy’s value with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective homebuyers generated from Proppy’s platform.
- Understand buyer needs, budget, and preferences to match them with suitable projects.
- Position Proppy’s offerings immaculately — highlighting trust, transparency, and end-to-end support.
- Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups with genuine prospects.
- Coordinate with the property advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth buyer handover.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; Kannada is a plus).
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident, well-spoken, and customer-centric.
- Basic understanding of real estate or customer engagement roles preferred.
- Should own a laptop and be comfortable using CRM tools and communication platforms.
