Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer/Manager with 5–8 years of experience from the hospitality or aviation industry. The role involves driving student placement initiatives, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring students are industry-ready for careers in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Learning and Implementing Company Policies:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Frankfinn’s policies, placement procedures, and student development framework.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies and placement guidelines.
· Adhering to Protocols:
- Follow and enforce company standards, grooming requirements, and professional ethics during all student and industry interactions.
· Aviation & Hospitality Recruitment:
- Conduct height, weight, and grooming checks for air hostess and cabin crew candidates.
- Source and facilitate placement opportunities in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service industries.
· Industry Partnerships & Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other industry partners.
- Proactively engage vendors and coordinate recruitment drives, corporate tie-ups, and placement events.
· Student Grooming & Placement Preparation:
- Organize and conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and campus recruitment drives.
- Guide students with career counseling and interview preparation to enhance employability.
· Target Achievement:
- Achieve defined placement targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor placement metrics and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5–8 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition from the hospitality or aviation industry.
· Strong industry network in aviation, hospitality, travel, and retail sectors.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct student grooming and professional readiness assessments effectively
