Job Description
Overview: Frankfinn, the world leader in air hostess training, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre Sales Manager for our Mangaluru location. This leadership role is pivotal in driving center growth by managing the end-to-end student recruitment process and ensuring the center meets its enrollment targets through strategic outreach and high-quality career counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Drive lead generation activities through school visits, presentations, and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct professional career counseling sessions and sales presentations to prospective students and parents.
- Oversee Student Promotion (STP) activities, including house calls and community engagement.
- Manage the admission database and ensure accurate MIS reporting for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to facilitate recruitment drives.
- Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to admissions through consistent follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or student recruitment.
- Proven track record in lead generation and meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and data management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team performance and student satisfaction.
- Local geographical knowledge of Mangaluru and surrounding educational hubs.
