Job Description

Overview: Frankfinn, the world leader in air hostess training, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre Sales Manager for our Mangaluru location. This leadership role is pivotal in driving center growth by managing the end-to-end student recruitment process and ensuring the center meets its enrollment targets through strategic outreach and high-quality career counseling.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
  • Drive lead generation activities through school visits, presentations, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct professional career counseling sessions and sales presentations to prospective students and parents.
  • Oversee Student Promotion (STP) activities, including house calls and community engagement.
  • Manage the admission database and ensure accurate MIS reporting for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to facilitate recruitment drives.
  • Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to admissions through consistent follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or student recruitment.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and data management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team performance and student satisfaction.
  • Local geographical knowledge of Mangaluru and surrounding educational hubs.
