About the Role The Project Executive will be responsible for executing commercial interior and managed workspace projects across multiple projects with excellent coordination, ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time while maintaining Urban Vault's quality standards. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end execution of workspace fit-out and interior projects across multiple sites. Monitor timelines, site readiness, execution progress, and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders. Resolve on-site challenges proactively. Maintain strong follow-ups and execution discipline. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors, and fit-out projects. Go-getter attitude with a strong ownership mindset. High level of accountability. About the Role The IT Manager will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure and operations across managed office and co-working centers. The role requires strong ownership of network uptime, client IT requirements, vendor management, IT support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless technology services. Key Responsibilities Manage IT operations and infrastructure across multiple co-working/managed office centers. Ensure uptime of network, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, internet and IT systems. Handle client IT onboarding, offboarding and technical requirements. Manage IT tickets, incidents and ensure SLA/TAT adherence. Manage IT vendors, ISPs, OEMs and AMC partners. Oversee IT requirements for new center launches and client fit-outs. Manage IT assets, procurement, AMC renewals and IT budgets. Troubleshoot recurring issues and drive root-cause resolution. Lead the IT support team and coordinate with Operations, Facilities and Client Relations. Requirements 7 – 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Operations. Experience in co-working, managed offices or multi-site environments preferred. Strong knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, switches, routers and firewalls. Experience in vendor management, IT procurement and AMC management. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. About the Role The Network Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, handling escalations, and supporting IT infrastructure operations. The role requires the ability to independently resolve incidents and coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure network availability. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, ISP, and network connectivity issues. Handle network-related escalations and provide timely resolution. Monitor network devices and internet links for uptime and performance. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for outage resolution and maintenance activities. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Maintain network documentation and incident reports. Support new office setup, network provisioning, and IT infrastructure activities. Requirements Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, and routing concepts. Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi devices. Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the city for onsite support activities.
