About the Company We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The role involves handling Project Management & Capability Building for our Enterprise business. The candidate will oversee execution, supervision, client interactions, and continuous improvement of operational processes. Additionally, the role includes developing the capabilities of the operations team through structured training, mentoring new recruits, and ensuring consistent implementation of company processes across project sites. About the Role The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing Environics Service implementation and activities at client locations, ensuring quality and operational standards are met, providing technical guidance to Operations Engineers, managing client interactions, site documentation, and reporting, mentoring and evaluating new team members, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and operational best practices. Key Responsibilities Oversee Environics Service implementation and activities at client locations as per requirement. Ensure quality and operational standards are met. Overseeing work of Operations Engineers and provide technical guidance. Manage client interactions, site documentation, and reporting. Mentor, coach, and evaluate new team members during their induction and on-the-job training. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and operational best practices to build organizational capability. Requirements Graduate in any discipline with a technical qualification such as a Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Architecture or allied disciplines will also be considered. Candidate having done project management training/ course can also be considered. 5–7 years of experience in managing a team and operations. Experience at infrastructure sites as Senior Supervisor or similar role.
