About the Role Drive national logistics operations, ensuring excellence in performance, customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and compliance. Key Responsibilities National Operations: Oversee logistics operations, standardize processes, monitor performance, and establish KPIs. Leadership & Team Management: Lead teams, build a performance culture, manage manpower, and develop leadership. Logistics Operations: Manage transportation, distribution, inventory, and improve delivery performance. Customer Management: Own customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure SLA adherence. Cost Control & Productivity: Reduce costs, monitor expenses, and ensure resource optimization. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify gaps, implement improvements, and introduce automation. Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance, maintain controls, and mitigate risks. MIS & Reporting: Review reports, monitor KPIs, and present performance plans. Requirements 10–18 years in logistics/transportation operations, 5+ years in senior management. Pan-India or multi-state experience preferred. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Logistics, cost-control, and operational MIS knowledge. Managed large accounts, handled escalations, and conducted SLA negotiations. Additional Requirements Customer-focused, cost/productivity-driven, and strategic leader. Strong people manager and transformation leader. Location Mumbai Working Days and Timings 6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM, flexible. Office Address: Gala No 17, Sona Udyog Industrial Premise, Parsi Panchayat road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400069.
