About the Company Klassik Lamitex Pvt. Ltd. manufactures finished fabric rolls at its plant in Sanpali, Rewari, and dispatches to domestic and export customers. About the Role The Assistant Manager - Dispatch runs day-to-day finished-goods dispatch at the plant: correct material to the right customer on time, with accurate documentation. The role leads a small dispatch team, works with transporters, and handles basic export documentation. Key Responsibilities Manage daily dispatch operations as per customer orders and delivery schedules. Ensure correct dispatch of finished goods as per article, colour, specification, roll length/weight and quantity. Supervise packing, loading, vehicle placement and safe transportation of finished goods. Coordinate with transporters and monitor vehicle movement and delivery status. Ensure accuracy of invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, LR/GR and other dispatch documents. Prepare export invoices and packing lists; support container planning, stuffing, loading and movement to port/ICD. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Warehouse and Planning teams for timely dispatch. Maintain dispatch records, stock reconciliation, pending orders and daily MIS reports. Track on-time dispatch, dispatch accuracy, vehicle utilisation and freight costs. Handle dispatch-related customer queries and resolve delivery issues with internal teams. Lead and supervise a dispatch/warehouse team of 2-5 members, ensuring SOP, safety and process compliance. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree 5-10 years of experience in dispatch operations Domestic and export dispatch experience Mandatory experience coordinating with transporters Hands-on with invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, LR/GR and dispatch documentation Basic knowledge of export documentation (invoice and packing list) Experience managing a team of 2-5 members Basic communication skills Preferred Qualifications Industry background in manufacturing, textile, fabric, garments or engineering; relevant manufacturing/logistics experience is also considered Dispatch MIS and inventory/stock reconciliation Vessel cut-offs and shipment tracking Compensation and Location ₹40-50K per month, with up to 5% flexibility for the right candidate Onsite position in Sanpali (Rewari) Location & Work Mode Work from Office / Plant, 5 days a week What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment
