About the Role We are looking for a Senior Architect / Designer to own design delivery on our projects, from the first site visit and schematic design through to the final drawing set. You will lead a design team, coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and structural engineers, and keep projects on schedule through regular site visits and progress reviews. Key Responsibilities Design Delivery Conduct site visits and understand project and site requirements. Prepare schematic floor plans and elevation concepts. Prepare BOQs and specifications based on client requirements. Attend contractor meetings and address design-related points. Team Leadership Brief clients on design requirements and secure their approvals at each stage. Delegate tasks to the design team, manage reschedules and review work before release. Train and mentor team members, and share regular feedback. Project Management & Site Coordination Coordinate with vendors, consultants, clients and contractors to keep projects on track. Resolve design queries on site, monitor progress and carry out site inspections. Track project timelines against the bar chart and ensure stage-wise delivery. Present monthly and quarterly progress reviews to management. Structural Coordination Coordinate with the structural engineer and team; identify and resolve architectural–structural conflicts. Address technical queries from clients and the team. Review and release the final drawing set.
