You will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce and employer brand. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical, sales, and niche roles. Lead bulk hiring initiatives and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Drive employer branding efforts to position Zygal as an employer of choice. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. Oversee ATS management and optimize recruitment workflows. Specialize in SaaS, Cloud, and Channel Sales / Partner hiring. Requirements: Master's degree required. 6-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition. Proven expertise in technical hiring, bulk hiring, and recruitment strategy. Strong background in Employer Branding and Stakeholder Management. Experience with ATS management and SaaS recruitment is essential. Demonstrated ability in Channel Sales Hiring and Cloud Sector Recruitment.
