Omni is a command-line tool that generates project structures from TOML manifests, separating command parsing, component loading, and execution into distinct layers. It aims to be idempotent, monorepo-ready, and free of boilerplate code.
From the README
Omni Omni is a command-line scaffolding tool designed to turn declarative component definitions into project structures. Instead of hard-coding every project layout, the system describes a component in a TOML manifest and lets an execution engine turn that manifest into a generated workspace. The project is still in an early stage, but the architecture already reflects a deliberate design philosophy: it separates command parsing, component loading, planning, execution, mutation, and filesystem manipulation into distinct layers. That structure is what keeps the tool extensible rather than a one-off script. See docs/architecture.md for the deep dive and docs/decisions.md for the reasoning...
