Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, Inventory, Analytics, Payroll).
• Develop and automate workflows within Zoho.
• Create Customised Management Reporting Dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights.
• Document Business Requirements (BRD) and Functional Requirements (FRD).
• Provide solution testing and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong Zoho platform expertise.
• Proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
