Website: https://simulanis.com/ See us in action: YouTube – Simulanis Solutions About the Role This is a hands-on Finance & Accounts role for a qualified Chartered Accountant early in their career who wants real ownership. You will run the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of a fast-growing XR company — owning the books, compliance, and reporting — while building clean, scalable processes from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, with a clear path to grow into a strategic finance leadership role as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting — GL, AP, AR, and the fixed-asset register Run accurate, on-time month-end and year-end closures Prepare financial statements in line with Ind AS and statutory requirements Own GST, TDS, and income-tax compliance — computations, returns, reconciliations, and filings Support statutory, tax, and internal audits; maintain audit readiness year-round Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors Deliver clean, zero-surprise compliance every cycle Maintain strong internal financial controls and documentation Build and continuously improve SOPs for invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reimbursements, and closures Help optimize and automate the accounting/ERP system Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cash-flow reports for leadership Monitor cash flows, AR/AP cycles, and working capital Drive collections discipline and smoother payment cycles Support annual budgeting and forecasting alongside the CEO and business teams Partner with business, HR, operations, and leadership teams Act as a reliable finance point-of-contact across the organization Requirements CA (Chartered Accountant) — qualified (mandatory) ~6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or compliance Sound working knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, audit processes, and taxation Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and income-tax compliance Proficiency in Tally and/or other accounting/ERP software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP B1, NetSuite, etc.) Strong Excel skills — reconciliations, MIS, and basic financial modeling Clear communication and the ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams High integrity, an ownership mindset, and comfort working hands-on in a fast-moving startup Preferred Qualifications Prior stint in a startup, tech company, or fast-growing organization Exposure to a fundraise or financial due diligence (in any support capacity) Experience setting up or improving finance processes / SOPs Interest in growing toward FP&A and strategic finance What We Offer Competitive salary and an energetic, collaborative work environment Medical and accident insurance, with additional health benefits Generous leave policy and flexible working hours Fuel and travel allowances A genuine opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up and grow with the company Location & Work Mode 5 Days from office - Noida location
