Speech Therapist

We are looking for passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to work with children facing speech, language, communication, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Speech & Language Therapy, strong clinical exposure, and a passion for supporting children through personalized therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities Assess children’s speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans based on child requirements. Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and monitor progress regularly. Provide Speech & Language Therapy interventions for children with communication disorders. Maintain detailed therapy documentation, progress reports, and case records. Work closely with parents/caregivers and provide guidance on supporting therapy goals at home. Research and stay updated with the latest therapy techniques, tools, and intervention approaches. Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure holistic child development. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Speech & Language Therapy. Experience in child assessment and therapy planning. Ability to maintain therapy records and documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and child-focused approach. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or relevant qualification in Speech Therapy / Communication Disorders. 1–4 years of experience as a Speech Therapist. Experience working with children in clinical settings such as hospitals, clinics, or therapy centres is preferred. Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and autism intervention is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with relevant therapy certifications will be considered. Hands-on therapy session experience is preferred.
