We are looking for a dynamic professional for our Strategic Partnerships and Business Development team, specifically focusing on Government Relations. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by navigating complex public sector landscapes and building long-term alliances with government agencies to implement impactful technology projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key government stakeholders and public sector departments.
• Manage the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing high-value contracts.
• Lead the preparation and submission of government tenders, ensuring all technical and administrative requirements are met.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on project milestones and revenue forecasts.
• Act as the primary liaison between beltech and government officials to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry forums, government meetings, and networking events.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in business development, government relations, or strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing government tenders and navigating public procurement processes.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport in a professional environment.
• Proactive mindset with a deep understanding of the Bangalore business and political landscape.
• Proficiency in sales pipeline management tools and strategic planning.
