Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to manage and maintain our CRM system, ensure accurate lead and customer data, and support the sales team with reporting, coordination, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update CRM data with high accuracy
Manage leads, pipeline tracking, and sales follow-ups in the CRM
Support sales teams with reports, dashboards, and data insights
Ensure proper lead allocation and workflow management
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Improve CRM processes and basic automation

Skills & Requirements

1 year of experience handling CRM systems (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot or similar)
Strong data management and reporting skills
Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google
