Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the site.
- Develop relationships with prospective buyers and address their queries effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio.
- Sales Activities:
- Showcase property features, amenities, and benefits to potential buyers during site visits.
- Drive sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collect and manage feedback from customers to enhance the overall sales process.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on inquiries generated through various channels, including online portals, advertisements, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and keep detailed records of interactions.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the real estate sector.
- Provide inputs to management for devising effective sales strategies.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Report daily activities, site visit updates, and client feedback to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior real estate sales experience is a plus.

Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients.
