Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring business objectives are clearly defined and translated into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.

• Support product development by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

• Assist in testing and validating solutions before deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience in product-based or SaaS environments.

• Exposure to data analytics or BI tools.

• Knowledge of UML, process flow diagrams, or wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq).

• Understanding of KPIs and performance tracking frameworks.
