Role & responsibilities: A strong candidate from the salon industry with minimum 2 years of experience in professional division/retail. Preferred to work with professional companies and have knowledge of the salon industry. Good relations with the salon in the area worked. Monthly business expectations turnover should be 4-5 lacs. Handling at least 2-3 distributors. Good knowledge of the excel and good command in handling the distributors. Managing ROI of the distributors, market outstanding, claims handling. Maximum coverage of all salons in the area. Good repo with all salons and market. Planning & organizing education seminars in the area, training in salons. Monthly coverage of 300-400 salons as per the beat plan. Identifying new opportunities in the market.
