About the Role An Operations Manager – Logistics is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end movement of goods, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily logistics and transportation operations. Coordinate imports, exports, customs clearance, and freight forwarding activities. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution. Negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and vendors. Control operational costs and improve profitability. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead and manage operations teams, including supervisors and coordinators. Resolve customer complaints, shipment delays, and operational issues. Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analysis. Location & Work Mode The role is expected to be onsite, with no remote or hybrid options specified.
