The role requires a deep understanding of the footwear and leather goods manufacturing machinery industry. Key Responsibilities Manage sales operations across the assigned territory (South India) and achieve sales targets. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the footwear and leather goods industry. Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, and key accounts within the assigned territory. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities. Submit regular sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and territory updates to management. Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs. Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience. Mandatory: Working experience in Footwear and Leather Goods Machinery Industries or extensive knowledge of footwear and leather goods manufacturing machines. Strong relations with South India footwear and leather goods manufacturers. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Good commercial understanding with the ability to close business independently. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Office, email, and CRM/reporting tools.
