Industry: Luxury Retail Fit-outs / Premium Retail Furniture / Boutique Interiors About the Role SignWorks is looking for a Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate the complete production process for luxury retail furniture and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working with premium/luxury brands, retail furniture, interior fit-outs, or boutique projects and be comfortable coordinating between design, production, vendors, site teams, and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end production coordination from approved drawings to final delivery/installation. Coordinate with design, production, procurement, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution. Track production schedules, material requirements, timelines, and delivery commitments. Coordinate with workshop/factory teams for production progress and resolve day-to-day issues. Review production drawings and ensure execution is aligned with approved designs and specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project updates and requirements. Monitor quality, timelines, and production standards for luxury/premium furniture. Maintain production trackers, reports, and project documentation. Coordinate logistics, dispatch, delivery, and installation activities. Ensure projects are completed on time and as per required quality standards. Handle multiple projects/orders simultaneously and ensure effective team coordination. Required Skills & Experience 1–4 years of experience in Production Coordination / Project Coordination / Production Management. Experience in luxury retail, premium retail furniture, luxury interiors, retail fit-outs, or boutique projects is strongly preferred. Experience working with premium/luxury brands will be an advantage. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical/production drawings. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors. Good understanding of production processes, materials, fabrication, and furniture execution. Strong follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone similar to a luxury retail / premium furniture project profile, but with a stronger focus on end-to-end production coordination and team management.
