Project Execution Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM Location: Gujarat – Dahej, Hazira, Mundra Experience: 12–20 Years Education: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering CTC: ₹22–30 LPA Work Mode: On-site Open Positions: 4 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Execution professional to lead end-to-end execution of industrial, warehouse, logistics park, and factory building projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining approved budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end execution of industrial, warehouse, logistics park, and factory building projects. * Develop and monitor project execution plans, construction schedules, resource plans, and project milestones. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. * Track project cost, productivity, cash flow, resource utilization, and overall project performance. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, statutory regulations, and applicable standards. * Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings and drive action items to closure. * Manage subcontractors and monitor their performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines. * Resolve technical, contractual, commercial, and operational issues arising during project execution. * Ensure effective implementation of QA/QC procedures and EHS standards across project sites. * Review procurement schedules and coordinate to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and other resources. * Prepare and present MIS reports, project progress reports, dashboards, and management updates. * Drive projects toward timely completion, commissioning, and successful client handover. Ideal Candidate * B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. * 16–25 years of relevant experience in project execution and construction. * Strong experience handling large-scale industrial, warehouse, logistics park, or factory building projects. * Proven expertise in project planning, execution, cost control, contractor management, QA/QC, and EHS. * Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Willingness to work on-site in Dahej, Hazira, or Mundra, Gujarat.

Engineer Planning

About the Role The Engineer/Sr. Engineer Planning role is responsible for managing project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating resources and costs, preparing MIS reports, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of planning and scheduling tools, risk management, and governance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain master schedules, baseline programs, detailed construction schedules, and micro-level execution plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Develop project milestones, phase-wise schedules, and cash flow forecasts. Identify critical paths and potential schedule risks. Prepare revised, recovery, and catch-up schedules as required. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against approved baselines. Conduct schedule variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Track delays due to drawings, approvals, client instructions, design changes, or site constraints. Ensure alignment between planning schedules and site execution. Coordinate with project teams for manpower, material, and equipment planning. Assist commercial and billing teams in cost-loaded schedules and cash flow monitoring. Support budget control through schedule-linked cost tracking. Prepare and circulate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports. Generate progress reports, S-curves, histograms, dashboards, and EVA reports. Present project status to senior management, clients, consultants, and lenders. Liaise with Design, Procurement, Contracts, QA/QC, and Construction teams. Ensure compliance with contractual planning and reporting requirements. Billing, Support Extension of Time (EOT), delay analysis, and claims documentation when required. Identify schedule-related risks and develop mitigation plans. Track long-lead items, statutory approvals, and interfaces impacting timelines. Support audits, lender monitoring, and third-party project reviews. Requirements B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering 6-12 years of experience in planning and project controls Location & Work Mode Onsite work at Gujrat, Hoskote, Hosur, or Farukhanagar
