About the Role We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Purchase Supervisor to manage the complete procurement and sales cycle of recyclable materials across India. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete purchase and sales lifecycle of recyclable materials. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, recyclers, manufacturers, traders, and industrial buyers. Source materials at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely availability. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Negotiate purchase prices, selling prices, contracts, MOQs, and payment terms. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and commercial proposals. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely pickup and delivery. Monitor market trends and pricing to maximize profitability. Resolve issues related to pricing, quality, deliveries, and payments. Maintain MIS reports, procurement records, sales records, and inventory data. Track outstanding payments and coordinate collections. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 4–6 years in Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Recycling, Waste Management, Commodity Trading, or Supply Chain. Some established contacts with recyclable/scrap materials suppliers and recyclers. Mandatory experience handling both purchase and sales cycles. Highly preferred experience negotiating purchase/selling prices, MOQs, payment terms, and contracts. Existing business and new business development equally expected. Working knowledge of market prices for recyclable/commodity materials. Preferred experience coordinating material pickup, transportation, and delivery. Mandatory experience tracking outstanding payments and coordinating collections. High level of coordination with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Location & Work Mode Work locations: Delhi, Gurgaon, PAN India. Work mode: Onsite. Additional Requirements: Candidates should be willing to relocate if necessary. Flexibility in compensation for a good candidate.
