Overview: Nihon Naukri Navigator Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana. We are a leader in automotive engineering, specializing in power electronics and battery assemblies for electric vehicles. We are seeking a skilled professional to support our product development and testing processes. Responsibilities: Apply manufacturing technologies for power electronics and battery assemblies Contribute to Automotive Product D&D milestone framework (V-cycle) Provide operation knowledge on EV 4-Wheeler products, including powertrain, HV architecture, cell balancing, SOC / SOH Design and analyze electrical circuits with proficiency in PCB and schematic literacy Ensure high voltage (HV) systems awareness and safety Utilize advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data management and presentations Manage thermal aspects of battery and power electronic systems Apply semiconductor knowledge for IGBT, MOSFET, SiC, GaN, and AEC-Q100 qualification Understand material science basics and their application in engineering Conduct HILS testing, bench testing, and EMI/EMC validation Ensure compliance with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and IATF 16949 standards Implement APQP, PPAP, and PFMEA methodologies Understand CAN, CAN-bus, and LIN communication protocols Use NX-Unigraphics, CATIA for CAD Implement Python for test automation and data analysis Use EDA tools for electronic design automation Work with engineering drawings and GD&T Develop and manage EV powertrain and HV architecture understanding Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 2-5 years of relevant experience Proficiency in the aforementioned skills and technologies
