About the Role The Sr. Manager/ AGM/DGM role is a strategic and tactical position responsible for implementing the Quality strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost, and delivery. The role involves optimising production quality levels, supporting operational excellence, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Implement Quality strategy and strategic operational goals Handle all Audits (ISO, EMS & OHSAS, QMS, ISO-TS) Provide technical support to manufacturing and customers Lead and develop the Quality Management system Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental issues are prioritised Facilitate Lean Business and drive Continuous Improvement Decide strategic planning for Quality Assurance Finalise and approve Quality Procedures, WI, CP, Supplier PPAP, Customer PPAP Manage Customer response, 8D, RCA, customer PPM, Warranty Analyse customer wise satisfaction trends and present them in MRM Ensure the implementation of all the customer requirements at every process stage Establish and Improve Organizational competency and knowledge development Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process Lead Continuous Improvement activities Work to prevent non-conformances and reduce customer complaints Manage 4M change management, External, internal and customer deviations, and rework Lead Corrective and Preventative actions Support project management for cross-functional activities Work as per KPI and KRA to meet organizational goals and Customer satisfaction Improve process stability and capability Lead specific improvement projects as per organizational needs Responsible for QMS, External Audit, and Customer audit Lead multiskilling of manpower Responsible for external and internal calibration and testing Requirements 15–20 Years of experience Industry Preference: Automotive / Engineering / Manufacturing Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, Electronic Mail Language requirements: English, Hindi, and Marathi Preferred Education: B-TECH (MECH) Preferred Qualifications Experience from Metal Industry, Tube Industry What We Offer Full-Time Employment Opportunity to work in a leading company in the automotive, engineering, and manufacturing industries Chance to contribute to high-quality products and services Location & Work Mode Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Onsite
