Website: www.letragraphix.com About the Role Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet company targets. Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Evaluate the success of campaigns and suggest improvements for future initiatives. Collaborate with other departments (such as production, costing, and graphics) to align sales and marketing efforts with company objectives. Provide support and training to junior sales and marketing staff. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management to track progress against targets. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations. Oversee the post-sale process to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly. Actively seek out new clients and maintain a pipeline for business growth. Work closely with the finance team for payment follow-ups and credit control. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales and Marketing is preferable.
