About the Role As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be the right-hand to the MD, managing his calendar, travel, and communications; coordinating between the Delhi office and Gujarat plants; chasing commitments to closure; and gatekeeping with discretion. This is a long-term seat, not a transient role. Key Responsibilities Manage calendar, briefings, travel/visas/expenses Coordinate across plants, customers, vendors, banks, legal, and government liaison Draft emails/reports/presentations; MIS, board decks, minutes, action tracking Manage document/records (physical + digital) Coordinate trade fairs/industry-association events Provide personal/family admin support Maintain absolute confidentiality Requirements 6–12 years EA/PA experience, including 3–5 years supporting an MD/Promoter/Director/Chairman, ideally in a family-owned manufacturing company Stable tenure history (no job-hopping) Industrial sector background preferred (steel, auto, engineering, etc.); export/multi-location exposure a plus Graduate; EA/MBA certification a plus Fluent English/Hindi; Gujarati a plus Strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills High integrity, discretion, organization, and composure under pressure Availability beyond standard hours Location & Work Mode Location: Delhi (Wazirpur), with travel to Gujarat plants. Work mode: in-office.
