About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Engineer with extensive experience in GenAI and Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks. Key Responsibilities Hands-on delivery of GenAI/Agentic AI solutions (8+ yrs) Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, async patterns, vector DBs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evals, and HITL workflow design Exposure to n8n or similar workflow tools Hands-on with Azure or equivalent AWS/GCP Understanding of secure credential management, managed identity, and enterprise integration patterns Design multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL gates Articulate trade-offs between deterministic logic vs. LLM-based judgment in workflow design Requirements Must have shipped production-grade solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and agentic frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI Strong Python + orchestration stack: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, async patterns, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evals, and HITL workflow design Cloud + enterprise deployment skills: Hands-on with Azure (Container Apps, Blob, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, Azure OpenAI) or equivalent AWS/GCP Agentic architecture depth: Demonstrated ability to design multi-agent systems — tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL gates Preferred Qualifications Exposure to n8n or similar workflow tools Location & Work Mode Location: Gurgaon Working Hours 10–7 (9 hours)
